Phillips, CEO, ROI Institute, equips participants with the essential skills for crafting and delivering impactful Return on Investment (ROI) evaluations across diverse domains such as learning and performance, organizational development, human resources, technology, change, and quality solutions.<\/p>

In collaboration with Critical innovation and ROI Institute, this program places a significant emphasis on the ROI Methodology\u00ae. Participants will gain proficiency in applying the ROI Process Model, a results-oriented approach that encompasses the formulation of application impact objectives, creation of data collection strategies, compilation of both quantitative and qualitative data, isolation of program effects, quantification of data into monetary values, accurate assessment of program costs, ROI computation, and identification of intangible benefits.<\/p>
